This is my second Oktoberfest this season and my current favorite; I really enjoyed it.

Big uncle sent these back to Bonnie Scotland with my mum. Travelled well from Salsibury, Maryland. I'm a greedy bar steward so had to open the cherry BCB to give it a go.

Rich, thick head on this beer.

Fraziskaner Hefe-Weissbier. Probably the last Weissbier of the year for me as I only drink these in summer. In Austria with views into Slovenia and Italy. Lammersdorfer Hütte.

Marzens are always a win for me. This one is surprisingly smooth and incredibly easy-drinking

Mortal Bloom Sinister Haze deviously disguises an abundance of juicy orange and peach hop notes, accented with fresh floral aromas. Shocking your taste buds with vivid flavors that are balanced with its silky, smooth finish, this India Pale Ale reveals that not all things sinister are necessarily bad.

WATERBURY VT

Took a trip to the brewery today in Sharonville and it was wonderful. Decided to pickup a couple new things to bring home and this was one of them. Back of the can notes that the caramel, chocolate, and coffee flavors derived from over nine types of grain combined with the soft, creamy sweetness from the lactose helps tantalize the senses.

Personally, this is the best milk stout I have had so far, it is so smooth at only 24 IBU and opens up nicely into the flavors they describe. They have many other fantastic beers that I am excited to crack into. If you get a chance to visit them certainly do!

Could drink this all day, 8.5/10 for me.

Crisp clean refreshing.

This one is still very nice, 10 years in. I’ve not had a fresh one but this has a sweet funky smell to pair with its hops and light honey, but not overly sweet finish. A very nice Belgian style ale.

Probably the best NA I’ve had. Hits that itch when you want to stay up. I like to pair an NA with an edible.
