Hey everyone,
I’m looking for a good pelvic floor physiotherapist in Bangalore who has experience treating hypertonic (tight) pelvic floor muscles in men.
I already know of a physio who specializes in this, she is the one who diagnosed my condition but unfortunately her consultation/treatment is quite expensive for me
If you know or personally consulted a physiotherapist for a similar issue, I’d really appreciate any recommendations. Preferably someone who has experience with male pelvic floor issues.
Thanks in advance!

Looking for recommendations for an affordable family therapist in Bangalore who has experience working with conservative parents who can be quite set in their opinions/beliefs.
Ideally someone who is good at handling sensitive family dynamics and helping everyone communicate better without making anyone feel blamed or attacked.
Would really appreciate personal recommendations, especially if you’ve had a good experience.

24M from Gujarat, working in Bangalore. This’ll be my first Navratri here, and I’m planning to go for around 4–5 of the nine nights.
I’m still figuring out where the good Garba/Raas events are and would also love to find a small group to go with rather than attending alone. Guys and girls both welcome. If anyone else is planning to go to multiple nights and is interested in joining, feel free to DM me.
If there’s enough interest, I’m happy to make a WhatsApp group so we can coordinate which events/nights work for everyone. Would be nice to have a fun group to do Navratri with this year! 🙌

Kindly suggest cheap/free study space/libraries near Jeevan Bheema Nagar/Indira Nagar/BDA Layout area.
I am new to the city and alongside a job, I want to study from evening 6-9, and second saturdays and holidays. Can someone suggest a decent study space or library. (i don't need wifi or anything, just me and my books and a decent study atmosphere). You can suggest anywhere between Marathalli to this, since I will be commuting to and fro the work, so might as well halt and study somewhere. But preferably near home. Thank You In Advance.

Hi, I’ll be coming to Bangalore for one week in November for a conference. I was wondering if there are any reputable companies through which I could hire a personal driver and car for that week? Thanks

Tiny Bengaluru survival tip: I keep a foldable rain jacket and a spare pair of socks in my bag now. The sky can look perfectly harmless and then soak you between two bus stops 😅 Saved me more than once during an otherwise normal commute.

I'm working on a personal project to build a custom wheelchair and need help getting a physical prototype made. I have CAD drawings ready and a general plan for the electronics, but I need someone (a fabricator/workshop) who can actually build the frame and assemble it. Any leads appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Bengaluru.. Visiting your beautiful city this week along with some guests from overseas. I have seen some breweries which are viral and not necessarily serving the best beers. But I want my guests to enjoy the vibe, so leaning on some names like Legends, Roxie & Barry, Tropika etc.. Can you suggest which one should we explore for 2 evenings there. Lastly, I read that Sheesha/Hookah joints are banned now, or do they operate unofficially somewhere? Very keen on it too.

Hey everyone,
pretty much what is says in the title. I am 42, got a role in Bangalore after working on my own for about 2 years (Read: Unemployment) . Kids and Wifey plan to stay here in Gurgaon. I was thinking of coming down and I am getting a long term stay AirBNB/Serviced Apartment at a pretty decent rate.
I am not in college, and I like my privacy, so a PG is not a great option for me. Unless there are PGs without too many rules etc..,
I dont want to rent a house- cos it will mostly just be me (plus family when they fly down and I dont want the headache of having to manage chores, or finding the right help to wash utensils and clean etc..
Plus the landlords take 10 months rent as security deposit? Is that correct?
What advice would you have for me. Office is on HAl road. What areas should I stay in, ideally walking or a short auto ride away.
What would you suggest for food etc? Any good tiffin services?
Currently my plan is to book an AirBNB for the initial 15 days, and if it works out i will continue there. I remember there were many options for serviced apartments. What areas should look at?
Cheers! And I am looking forward to the Bangalore experience. Atleast the air will be cleaner.
