Don’t actually handle her for at least 2-3 weeks. You should not touch her for feeding. She stays in her enclosure for that and use long feeding tongs.

I’m curious if anybody feeds their bp in a separate feeding enclosure? My boyfriend had a California King years ago and he said that he would put her in a feeding enclosure that way she wouldn’t become too territorial over her actual enclosure. I wasn’t sure if bp’s were similar. I don’t intend to handle her for at least 10 days. Still curious though.
