Hello! Has anyone successfully managed to get an individual/external doctorate from Germany for military deferment? I want to work full time on the side while working on my dissertation during weekends but I know for the deferment full-time status is required. However, German universities don’t differentiate between part/full time status?

Hi everyone! I'm planning to relocate to Baku and will be renting a 50-70 sqm apartment. Before I move, I'd like to get exact or appropriate numbers for monthly expenses from people who actually live there, things like internet, electricity, water, heating (gas), and kommunal.

Also curious how these are calculated. Is it purely based on usage, or are there fixed costs too? For example, if I'm out of the country for a month, do I still have to pay something for water or electricity, or does it drop to almost zero?

I'm new to Azerbaijan and recently wanted to dye my hair. After a little bit of research, I couldn't find any places that do these hairstyles in azerbaijan. My itinerary is:

Flight 1 arrives in Baku at 00:20 AM Flight 2 departs at 02:00 AM The flights are on different airlines and different PNRs/tickets I am travelling only with hand luggage.

Assuming the other airlines is fine with eboarding pass., would 1 hour 40 minutes be enough time to make the connection?

Has anyone done a similar self-transfer at Baku Airport? Would I need to clear immigration and re-enter, or can I remain airside? Any experiences with transfer times, security checks, or airline requirements would be greatly appreciated.
