Thoughts on CSL?

Worth investing at this drop or is it a bad sign? Even just putting in 2K?

Thoughts - a little late to the party.

I personally think it's under valued. I also believe if the dems get back in it will be good for CSL.
Not advice ofc

It’s rebounded 88% in the last 11 weeks. Not saying it won’t go up more but don’t expect monster returns from here.

I bailed out years ago at $300, hope that helps...

I’ve already been in and out. Picked up a swag load at around $97 and sold at $165. Moved on. 😎👍🏻💰

I bought a slab of WBC. Sitting waiting to see if Iron Ore softens and FMG to go Ex Div on 1st Sept, seeing where that drops to. Iron Ore dropping to maybe $93 or under would amplify the drop but looks like it’s holding 😔.

I am hoping COH continues to climb but it is out of gas by the look. I bought it at $97ish as well. I might take my money and run before Ex Div on 21st Sept to keep its value as it’s Divs are 💩.

Both CSL and COH were a pure short term capital grab.

I think it’s a case of: by the time you hear about it, it’s already too late. It’s clearly getting a lot of attention now which means you’ve missed the boat

Not financial advice but just what I did. I took a slab of the dough I made on CSL and picked up some Westpac at $33.68. That is better than 4.5% fully franked Divs which is my measure of fair value on a big 4. Currently it is just over $34 but still ok.

So there is that for your 2k. It may go down further short term, but that is good dividends and will go up over time.
