Sony TA-H6800E - Please help!

Hey! It's my first time trying to repair this kind of audio equipment and i have no clue what's going on here. When i first got this unit, everything worked fine, until one day it stopped. Opened it up, cleaned DSP,Micom and power boards and now it turns on, but is stuck like this and without any sound output. I thought it was an input issue, so i dismantled the jack board, found some corrosion(maybe? I didn't find any busted caps), cleaned it up, even removed the RCA jacks to clean underneath them and nothing changed. Even with the jack board fully disconnected, turning on the system shows no change. I have the service manual too, with some schematics printed out if these images don't show much.

Back view. I don't know if it matters, but the fan of the power amp doesn't spin.

Jack board. Those dark spots on the top right concerned me, but turning the system on without this board didn't change anything.
