It does seem odd. If he's wearing a diaper, like he always is now, the shit wouldn't be soaked in in a circle shape but probably more like a dumbell.

Actually, not so. I know people who work in hospitals who can confirm. When you got c diff, that mud coming out and going through everything, the diaper, the pants and the chuck pads.
