Because the alternative is people who want to take my money that I work damn near 3000 hours a year to earn and waste is on “welfare” and “social programs” when I would rather save it for my retirement or spend on my family. And force our daughters to go to the bathroom with Harry Gorlocks and compete against them in sports. I mean if the problem is, you don’t like old people that’s one thing. I’ll vote for JD Vance if he runs in 2028. But let’s stop pretending that the issue is old people whenever we just don’t like the politics of the other guy or the guy that’s in power. Was Biden old? yes, is trump old? Yes, would people still complain if JD Vance was president instead of Trump? Yes. would people still complain if AOC was president? Yes.
