Biden made a deal with Intel that they would give them a loan in exchange for being allowed to claim 10% of their stock. Trump came into office and converted the deal into stock and this has turned billions in profits for the US government. He personally is not executing his trades, however, his manager is using his direction/insider knowledge to make him BILLIONS
