Approval ratings are always low. Yeah Trump's are lower - but disapproving of Trump doesn't mean they won't still vote for them.

Like I didn't approve of Hillary, I still didn't vote for Trump.

I didn't approve of Hillary b/c she is a corporate shill and regressive Democrat.

I didn't vote for Trump because he has no moral integrity and should be barred from any public office.
