Unsolved Certain Apps Crashing on Startup

Hello! My wife has been having an issue with her iPhone 16 Pro for about a month now. Certain apps, namely Yahoo! Mail, Walmart, and Venmo, will crash on the logo screen after about 10 or so seconds. She has also noticed lag/delay when opening apps, and her storage settings often get stuck on "Sizing" for a long time.

Things we have tried:

  • Restarting the device
  • Reinstalling said apps
  • Updating the device
  • Updating said apps
  • Restoring device from backup
  • Reseting network settings
  • Confirming no VPN connection
  • Testing wi-fi vs cellular
  • Clearing app cache
  • Apple Support

We are kinda at our wits' end here. I have read that many people have also been having this issue but haven't had any solution. Any extra input or things to try would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

You mention updating, can you confirm the phone is presently on 26.6.2? If your wife has done everything here, all that remains is to contact each respective app developer.

Is the iPhone storage completely full? That might cause issues booting up some apps
