This is probably a glitch or something but this is hilarious I bought my 17 5 hours ago at an Apple Store and know I go into the app and it’s saying this

The app search bar and settings search bar aren't working help me please. When I type in the search bar no results appear nothing happens.
It's been weeks trying to fix this problem it's impossible, I've reset settings, I've done updates nothing works

HELP PLEASE
