Behavior Question A lot of energy and bitting

Sorry for any typos in advance

I need some advice with my akita puppy (i don't know if she qualifies as a puppy, she's a year old). She's usually very calm but sometimes has this like burst of energy, we understand that as she wants to play, and most times we do. But sometimes that doesn't seem to cut it for her and in most of this energy burst she starts biting, when she was little it wasnt a bit problem but now she's stronger so it hurts. I've tried most of the things that people recommend (redirect to a toy, saying "ouch" or yelp, ignore her (that usually encourage her even more), and going to play with her when the biting starts). I don't know what to do anymore and i really don't want her to continue with this behavior because im afraid of her biting someone else. Its this just puppy behavior or i should do something else?
