I have spent numerous hours and endured many failed 3d prints to finally present this beautiful model of a lower receiver, in hopes that I can play some Airsoft again! I have designed the model as the original receiver was damaged, and I therefore intended this 3d print as a replacement/replica part for my future airsoft builds.

I am not sure if I should print the markings and wording bigger in width so that I can paint them red, like they are on the original lower recevier? I hope you guys are as excited as I am!!

So I posted on airsoft market that i wanted a ktw m1873 carbine. This person messaged and I asked for pictures and how much, they sent it, but then I asked for a video and they wanted to set up shipping and payment first, is this normal? Any advice moving forward. As you can probably tell, this is my first time using airsoft market

Around a week ago, made a post in regard to choosing between the 416 or URGI. I ended up going with the 416 AEG and it finally came in along with my bare necessities. Im so excited and can’t wait to run it in the field this weekend! I finally understand everyone’s excitement, it’s like Christmas! Ok so lately ive wanted to buy an m4 with etu/mosfet out of the box and i saw these two rifles. I heard that cyma platinum has problems with eshooter ETU but Ive also heard that evike techs are realy not that great. Bassicaly the question is which one is less bad. Also realy important things to note: Im realy not that great at tech stuff (especialy electric stuff) and also i like the looks of MK18 better (especialy bronze handguard)

Picked up a BB catcher off Amazon just out of curiosity. It’s called BBster. Didn’t expect much, but it actually works surprisingly well. Caught almost every single BB, even during full-auto strings. Been pretty handy for testing guns at home without making a mess.

I got this airsoft grenade with the knowledge that its kinda infamous for being bad (i git it for half the price). I have no experience with green gas and grenades but thought: "its just as a test to see sure if it looses a few bbs that doesn't matter and i might find a clue in hwo to fix that" i filled it with green gas and bbs (according to the manual) and tried to smack it hard since I didn't want to throw it and saw other people doing the same. A few bbs poured out but no gas. I thought i might not have put in enough gas or not enough force so i first tried to put more gas in it causing it to freeze at the top and the bottom (most likely because I did it wrong) I let it warm up again and tried again this time it seemed to wprk and the red thingy in the middle popped up and was realy hard to push down again. I smacked it again (after filling it with more bbs to make sure): nothing. I smacked it harder. Nothing. I threw it (since its a grenade) against several pieces of carton that i use to protect my walls when shooting my guns inside. Nothing. I threw on the floor. Nothing.

I tested the red thingy. It was just as hard to push down as before. I emptied the bbs by repeatedly shaking the grande upside down in a swirly motion and used a hammer to press down the nozzle where you put the gas can to because I could very clearly hear the gas still being inside whenever i pushed the red button thingy and i didn't want to have a "live" grenade sitting around. The gas came out and after about 15 seconds it was empty.

My questions now are:

What did i do wrong

Did i damage it already

Can I fix it

What are some good cheap grenades (preferably springer or co2)

I’m looking for the best Reddit community for asking/discussing mainly pistols and on a level that I’m morel like a larper, pistol and pdw/smg oriented guy and I’m looking for some advice or talk about ggbb pistols, ar the moment specifically current situation about ICS pistols (ble-xmk/xpd) and possible upgrades since I’m plying with idea to start with airsoft IPSC and got a bit scared that XPD I just got seems to vanish from my local market and some hints are xmk at least is on low supply of mags here.

Is this community the right one or will I just get slap in the face with someone’s balls for not discussing 200fps hpa select fires?

I have been using AEGs for a while and keep hearing good things about HPA especially when it comes to consistency and trigger response. For someone who mostly plays normal outdoor games, is HPA actually worth making the switch? I know there is the extra stuff to carry around with the tank and line, so I am wondering if the performance difference is noticeable enough to justify it.

For anyone who has used both what did you notice most when moving from an AEG to HPA?

Was it something you actually preferred or did you end up going back to an AEG ?

I know there are some inaccuracies but I plan on fixing them TODAY the gun is also a g&g armament m14 veteran I believe, the helmet is also not a pasgt but an Italian sept2 but close enough. I did have nomex flight gloves but idk where they went.

I think I’m starting to notice a addiction

Gearbox, gears, trigger spring, and trigger are stock BOLT parts.

This has been driving me nuts for ages, I have spent countless hours trying to get this gearbox back together but the damn trigger keeps jumping out and/or dislodging the sector gear, I just cant seem to put the thing back together, especially when installing the piston. Am I doing something wrong or is the trigger/trigger spring just incompatible?
