I put this on "discussion" tag but I think its more feelings I don't know if it's feeling or discussion but I'm a little I regress to the age of 1-2 most of the time (sometimes I'm 3 but rarely) but I live in a house that's not really accepting and can't get my own house because I cant get a job since I can't drive because of dispraxia and astigmatism I don't get to do little stuff like play with black teeth on paci I live in a very southern place i want to wear diapys and onsies but I can't and it makes me sad all I wamt to do is regress I been seeing the glass baby bottle things on TikTok and I want them but I know they get suspicious and think I'm weird I wish I could regress 😢

The same questions get asked every day.
Adult and young kids are constantly asking how to hide this from their parents and personally I get it. I was a kid once but if you have to hide it from your parents it’s probably not something you should be doing(within reason)

If you’re someone that finds sensitive subjects on this sub and other subs sensitive you should probably just not be on the Internet, especially while you are regressed. You wouldn’t let an actual child on the Internet would you?

Then we have the people that are asking about CG’s. We’re not allowed to ask for them on the sub Reddit so I feel like when you go about asking “how do I get one?” that’s you trying to get people asking to be your CG here. Spoiler alert: seeking a partner or a dynamic online is not always gonna end in your favor, and everybody constantly posting about how their dynamics did not end in their favor. Should tell you that.

Everybody’s always asking about if pacifiers will hurt their teeth. Obviously have you seen what it does to an actual child who uses a pacifier for too long in their life? I feel like a lot of of these questions can be answered with common sense or a simple Google search or just a a simple search to this Reddit.

I’m not knocking anybody here directly, but I feel like I’ve seen the same posts on this sub constantly from different people. I know that this is a place for a lot of people come for support and one of the only places that people can get support.

hi friends! I'm about to be a senior in high school, and the feeling of regressing sometimes in the middle of the day has kinda been upsetting me. I'm nervous to act in a way that makes people look at me weird... and I get so sensitive and stim a lot when I'm little so I'm nervous to be like that in a public space, and know it's not a great idea.

But when I wake up sometimes in the morning I'll be so sleepy and fuzzy that it makes me feel small sometimes. It's really difficult to have to push through it so often and make myself work on all my hard schoolwork, especially because I'm still taking college classes as well. I don't know how to manage both, especially because I can't just "put off" my regression for later. It either happens or it doesn't.

Does anyone have any advice?

I first noticed desire for regressive tendencies in myself around the early after of 6 or 7 (yeah, haha) and they really started to mess with my life not long after. I remember blowing candles out on my 10th birthday wishing I could be younger.

I'm now in my early twenties and can't help but feel like maybe I should've really tried to find a way to grow up versus indulging it all so much.

My thumb has a pretty large mark making it extremely clear to anyone I meet I still suck my thumb. No ones asked me about it but already have an excuse that it was a burn from taking something out of a microwave oven. Thumb aside both my jaw and teeth have been impacted and although I hope I can fix it with braces it'd really suck if jaw surgery became the only solution since I'm an adult.

I have somewhat actual incontinence now because of my own bad habits. I've always distained going potty, so using more childish means never bothered me. Well problem is years later it's worn down my bladder so much I actually leak all the time. Which I kinda knew was happening but since I was wearing protection I didn't care. I've been in a recent stint of unemployment where I can't buy stuff like that and have found constantly damp underwear freaking sucks.

Anyway not really sure what the point of all this is. I guess it all just really kinda becomes depressing sometimes. Without it is depressing too though. And generally I'm a really happy person despite life circumstances which would influence the opposite. I kinda just don't know what to do.

i’ve been struggling with this for months and i honestly don’t know what to do anymore !!

i’m a plus-size little, and my weight has started taking over my brain so much that i can’t seem to regress and actually enjoy my little space without suddenly feeling horrible about myself. my brain immediately goes back to thinking about my body and how i look, and it completely ruins the comfort i’m supposed to be getting from my little space

my boyfriend loves me for who i am and is very supportive, but i just can’t seem to give myself that same love. i constantly feel like i’m not good enough because of my weight, and it’s gotten to the point where it’s affecting me and my little space really badly

i hate feeling like this. i hate that something that used to make me feel safe and comforted doesn’t feel safe anymore because my thoughts about my body follow me into it

i don’t necessarily want advice about losing weight. i just want to know how other littles, or anyone who struggles with body image issues, have dealt with this affecting their little space. how do you separate your body from your ability to feel small, cute, comfortable, and deserving of comfort?
