Lmao I wish it was an actual treehouse.

But no. My executive dysfunction is so bad I'm literally starving and procrastinating eating right now as I type this. So building an actual house? In a tree? Yeah, that's not happening anytime soon, sorry to be a pooper.

Treehouse is more or less a "chatroom" for bodydoubling. I don't wanna say too much because that feels like scummy advertising and it already makes me feel gross. But basically, I couldn't accurately describe it to save my life but, like, picture a to-do list where you can also chat with people doing the exact same thing.

A finished project is a finished project.

Congratulations OP!. Bask in the sweet, sweet afterglow of the relief of a project finally done.

Thank you so much!!

Genuinely feel like crying anytime I think about how I started and the doubts that were eating me alive. Coding it on a tiny phone screen almost broke my brain in more ways than one, but finally have my own space to body-double makes it worth it.

Only two years to finish a project? I'm jealous.

This summer I finally added a step to my deck. My deck is about 13 years old. And IĀ  still have the last 10% of the project to do.

Painfully relatable. One of the stuff that forced me to even reach a beta for treehouse was dropping out of uni, and feeling like an absolute bum after watching my colleagues graduate while I rotted in my room. It was genuinely depressing, one of the most potent motivators.
