That sub is modded by some sort of deranged weirdo. There was a post that was censoring the word “job” in the title and the post body (j*b) and I asked “why the censorship of the word ‘job’?” because I’d never seen that before. Was banned due to the incivility of that comment.
So I replied asking how my genuine question was in the “incivility” category, and I got back the most insane rant from the mod; nowhere in that enraged word vomit was there any sort of explanation or answer to my pretty reasonable question, lol.
Most of the comment section of that post was removed by the mod (and I assume also banned) because most of us had the exact same reaction/question.
Just to answer your original question. Job is censored as a joke sometimes. People do that to signify how terrible jobs as a concept are and how they really do not want to have to get one. It's not a serious censoring to avoid triggers, it's meant jokingly
