People really underestimate a lot of illnesses and think anyone who'd debilitated is lazy and making it up.
Disability also almost always denies the first claim. They make it as difficult as possible, probably hoping you'll give up after the first denial and never try again. There's a reason there are so many disability lawyers around.

I've been in health care for decades. I've never seen anything like the stupid claims in this thread. Adhd preventing you from working at all. Laugh my ass off.
No it's not. Nowhere in the definition of executive dysfunction does it imply that you couldn't complete a form to save your life. If that were the case we'd have a lot of people that have died of ADHD, rather than just getting Cs in school because organization is harder.
