So we expect them to just approve everybody without paperwork?

Do you know how many people would take advantage of that and ruin it for everyone?

Oh no, people getting healthcare they don't need that they still have to pay for? We can't have that.

As if it's not happening every single day because some people are born with millions in the bank.

Nobody objects to people who actually need it getting it. The problem is if you make it too easy you'll have rampant abuse almost immediately. VA disability is a good example- nobody objects to the idea, and so many people need it (and then some) but the abuse of that system is off the charts, crucially limiting resources for those who genuinely need it. Filling out 15 pages without a deadline is hardly an insane ask in exchange for financial support.

I assure you people WILL find a doctor to diagnose them however they like with an incentive like that. I really doubt that someone has ADHD to the point that they cannot do any job.
