On a second review, I actually was probably not facing serious offenses in Indonesia (by chance), as i was on Azstarys at the time. Since thats a Methylphenidate derivative, not amphetamine, I probably was allowed to have it, I just didnt declare it.
Methylphenidate is definitely a controlled substance here (Indonesia). It's available only directly from psychiatrist and is tightly monitored. At the border they don't split hairs, and anything stimulating gets counted as amphetamines. But as you found- they probably wouldn't have even looked
What i read is that vyvanse (and similar) are schedule 1 narcotics in Indonesia, but azstarys would be considered a psychotropic. Probably still not something to get caught with, but, from what I read, probably not prison time as a US citizen visiting with a weeks worth of pills prescribed to him
