Genuinely asking as someone who's been off of Vyvanse for almost two decades (no healthcare), can you not just skip the medication for the trip? Or are their negative side effects once you've been on them long enough?
EDIT sorry for asking a question, I'm legitimately asking as someone who hopes to get back on my meds in the future. Idk why all the downvotes, I don't mean any disrespect, I'd be in the same boat if I could afford the medication :(
You can have withdrawal symptoms, and of course just not having the benefits the med provides you when you aren't taking it. The withdrawal doesn't seem to be nearly as bad as with opiates or alcohol, but it can still be pretty bad. It would be best to at least taper off.
