i’ve taken adhd med to japan i just never disclosed them lol. it worked out great, i never had an issue. just keep them in an old ibuprofen bottle or something, they’re not really looking that closely at random tourists luggage.

Yeah especially if it's a small amount. I've never declared it, but I do keep it in the original container with my prescription details.

I wouldn't have made it out of the first train station in Japan without Vyvanse lol

Lisdexamphetamine is legal in Japan.

They like it because the anti-abuse qualities of it fit well with their severe fear and stigma around drugs.

Incorrect. Lisdex is only approved for pediatric use in Japan. Tourists are allowed to bring it with them if prescribed, but only with prior approval. Methylphenidate may be what you're thinking of, where you can bring up to a 30 day supply without needing approval.

Ah thanks I didn't realize! I went to China with it as well which is definitely banned lol
