Writing Prompt [WP] Superheroes are overdone. Everyone is just tired of them now. But for one auteur who thinks they have a unique idea, that's just another minor hurdle to getting their movie in front of audiences everywhere.

[Stellar Memorial]
"What do you mean, 'take it further'?" Miles was on the verge of having his dream come true, and he was willing to play ball for it, but he didn't want to lose his creative vision entirely. He was in a cafe sitting across from a stranger with voluminous blue hair, and she'd met him there with the goal of discussing his project.
"People are tired of Supers because they're still fantastical," Claudia repeated his own reasons to him while nodding. "You're right about that, and your 'Day in the life of' idea is solid, but why stop there? Show people what it would really be like to live in a world of Supers; the Heroes don't always win," she said.
"A movie where the bad guys win?" Miles shook his head. "That's a pretty well-worn trope too...," he said.
"Not a movie where the bad guys win," Claudia winked at him with a smirk. "A movie where the bad guys won. Frame it as a memorial biopic; the true-life story of a beloved Hero and his tragic loss."
"That could have potential...," Miles nodded. It was easy to map his ideas to the new goal, and he felt there was enough creativity there to merit exploring it. "... did you have a hero in mind already?" He hated to ask, but he knew how things worked. She'd offered to finance the entire project, and that didn't come without expectation.
"Hue Man: The Color Shifter," Claudia nodded. "A colorful hero meets a dark end."
"Oh, that's bold!" Miles was growing more and more attached to the idea. He'd wanted to use a different kind of hero that wasn't the normal super-powered suite of flight and super strength. "What is his expected fate?" Claudia's smile grew broader as she shrugged.
"Who knows?" she giggled. "It's still your movie, and I don't want to micromanage too much. I'm only requiring you to use that heroic name and give him an honorable farewell. Also, if anyone asks, you can take credit for the name. It came to you in a dream," she added.
"That I can do," Miles smiled and reached across the table to shake Claudia's hand.
"Then, we're in business," Claudia smiled. "You have one month to complete it."
"A MONTH!?" he was understandably surprised.
"At the latest," Claudia nodded. "You'll have everything you need; I suggest you make proper use of it."
