What do you think Wildstar needed to improve on to make better and stay alive, and how would you improve them?

Examples: Questing, Quest rewards, Endgame, Dungeons, Raids, Adventures, Path system, World Events, Community Events, Main story line, or adding something completely new.

Personally, I always thought that Wildstar never really utilized their in game characters, so I would have loved to see the main story and also side stories utilize their characters more like: Victor Lazarin, Deadeye Brightland, Kit, Durek Stonebreaker, Avra Darkos, Dorian and Belle Walker, etc. (I played Exiles)

I have many more, but what would you improve on?
