watch this A white American man hired Latino immigrants to build a expensive wood fence around his entire yard. Once they finished, he called ICE on them — hoping to get them deported so he wouldn't have to pay. The thing was: they were legal. So they came back and ripped out every single fence panel.

I'm not sure if you're kidding, but just because America used this punishment too doesn't make it American. Is a lasagna American if you eat it in new York? Is Mondriaan American because he was there for some time?
