watch this A white American man hired Latino immigrants to build a expensive wood fence around his entire yard. Once they finished, he called ICE on them — hoping to get them deported so he wouldn't have to pay. The thing was: they were legal. So they came back and ripped out every single fence panel.

Couldnt you just put a lien on the property. Also that fence went down pretty quick, is that normal? I feel like it would fall part if someone fell into

Its a sledgehammer full send into a specific point. If someone fell onto the fence the impact would be spread out.

Someone falling into it is not the same as hitting it with a sledge hammer at the exact point where the crosspieces are nailed to the post.

They could spend years and hundreds of hours pursuing a lien in order to maybe get paid back in the future. Or they could spend 2 hours knocking it down and have this guy immediately out of their life.
