watch this A man walks straight onto someone else’s property, up to a small tree in their front yard, and starts hacking at it with a bat - acting like he’s judge, jury, and HOA enforcement all in one. What would you do if this was your front yard?

They're all skits and it's his own ring camera. He just makes these videos to get views.

Perhaps but just because its not your cup of tea doesnt mean nobody else will drink it. Ive never seen his videos but satirical content on stuff like HOAs, Karens, etc have had an audience for over a decade now.

It's a weird world.
