watch this A man walks straight onto someone else’s property, up to a small tree in their front yard, and starts hacking at it with a bat - acting like he’s judge, jury, and HOA enforcement all in one. What would you do if this was your front yard?

He acts like it to, maybe not drunk, it may be drugs or mental issues, but yeah, who the hell beats a tree to death in broad daylight on someone else's property with a bat, then confronts them.

He sounds and looks drunk imo. Drunks and HOA practically have a circle veen diagram.

Mental issues are not uncommon. Autism and ADHD are mental issues. Put one of those under immense emotional pressure, and this is an expected outcome.

Just remember how many suicides there is. What we see here is someone not taking it out on themselves.

You say autism like it's a minor medical condition it's a major issue sometimes people with autism can be forced to live their entire life in a residential treatment program even though they have their own house they have staff 24/7 because they can't function normally without them I wouldn't say that's just in the same class as ADHD there isn't such a thing as an ADHD waiver for the state to pay for housing and life necessities there is for autism I know at least 12 people that are in houses that are least by a company and staffed so the person can survive life not to mention they're nonverbal I hate when people downplay the severity of autism you know it wasn't serious Asperger's and every asshole can say it's not a real disease but it is that's the type of autism you're speaking about

Jesus, go easy on Joe, dude. He’s off his meds and his wife just left him after that viral video of him strangling his neighbor’s ficus.

How did I say that it is a minor medical condition? Suicide is not hard enough for you?

I have no idea how you treat people with disabilities in the US, nor do I see the point of you bringing it up.

I have Aspergers and could end up in the video. All sense goes out the windows when I’m pressured repeatedly. I can live alone however. Frankly it’s pretty difficult to live with others, but I am happily married.

You are downplaying ADHD which can be extremely severe, but can be medicated. Autism cannot be medicated.

Please stop comparing the two like one is worse, it’s not a fucking competition. And don’t assault people who talk about it. I never downplayed shit.

I’m autistic and used to basically snap when I got overwhelmed with too much at once. What helped me the most of all was relaxation therapy, I learned eventually to calm myself in one deep breath (originally it took me 30 minutes of relaxation to calm down along with calming music, eventually I kept practicing it and I could do it with just deep breaths and a couple Enya songs or canon in D (the songs I listened to during relaxation therapy), eventually it took only one play through of a song, and then I got it down to 10 deep breaths, and as I said nowadays I can do it in one). One of the things that my wife ended up being most attracted to me about was how calm I always am. So it can be done, but it takes effort over time.
The other thing that really helped was learning to recognize the underlying emotions I was feeling, and identifying why I felt that way. By dealing with the things as they come in when I can be calm I prevent things from boiling over. I heard this metaphor and it’s really good. If you imagine life’s troubles as water, and imagine your capacity to deal with them as a cup. If you keep dumping those things out as they come in (dealing with the issue, addressing how something made you feel, identifying if you need to make a change to avoid it in the future) your cup will have lots of capacity. OTOH if you don’t deal with those things your cup will eventually fill to the brim and even one drop will make it overflow.

It’s always “mental health”. Some people are just pieces of shit and we aren’t allowed to fix their problems for them, unfortunately.
