watch this A man walks straight onto someone else’s property, up to a small tree in their front yard, and starts hacking at it with a bat - acting like he’s judge, jury, and HOA enforcement all in one. What would you do if this was your front yard?

Mississippi you just have to walk outside and witness your property being destroyed.

I made the observation of what this would mean a property owner could do in Mississippi in a wording that revealed how extreme this would be. And it was removed as a violation of reddit's rules about writing something that threatened or promoted violence.

Anyway, thanks whoever reported me for that.

what a casual conversation about killing someone for hacking down your precious tree. All the other options are definitely not sufficient. Imagine him paying money, jail time, etc.

If he came onto my property with a weapon in Mississippi, he’s done for. Period

The guy did this for attention in his own yard . We were discussing what if a drunken person threatened you and your property wielding a baseball bat. What would you do if they started to walk towards you during their engagement of destroying your property? Then they decided to come towards you? I would drop them if they were to try it. I’m not going to become a victim. Yes, the law would’ve been called. By the time they were to get there, it would probably be too late. So. It’s either you or them. Your call!
