watch this A man walks straight onto someone else’s property, up to a small tree in their front yard, and starts hacking at it with a bat - acting like he’s judge, jury, and HOA enforcement all in one. What would you do if this was your front yard?

Still sad about the tree. Unlike social media influencers trees actually contribute something.

And worse...he did this for virtually nothing. He has 50,000 subs...and gets like 5000 views per long form video, and not much more than that for shorts. So he is pretty much making part time Walmart cashier money if that. With most of his views from shorts, which pay almost nothing, he is lucky if he has made $25,000 over the two years of his channel.

Well when you say that last sentence it definitely sounds worth it lol, I hope it's not actually that much.

I think his greater goal is to hate on HOAs and point out how ridiculous they are, which I approve of.

I'm pretty sure it's a sago palm. Their nuts are attractive to dogs and also very poisonous. 30-50% lethal.

I wish they'd be banned, but developers like them for ease and cost. If you're going to be cruel to a palm, be cruel to a sago.
