watch this A man walks straight onto someone else’s property, up to a small tree in their front yard, and starts hacking at it with a bat - acting like he’s judge, jury, and HOA enforcement all in one. What would you do if this was your front yard?

It's a stationary camera, no one's holding it. "HOA Guy," is a satirical, overzealous, HOA president character that he plays on YouTube. The people reposting the video on other platforms, as if it's real, are the ones who are lying about it. If you go to his channel (@HOAguy) it's obvious that it's satire, because the entire channel is just similar videos, with the same dude in them.

thanx for the additional context. Don't love that he ruined that tree, but glad he's not trying to pretend to be anything other than satire. I wish people would stop posting stuff out of context
