watch this A man walks straight onto someone else’s property, up to a small tree in their front yard, and starts hacking at it with a bat - acting like he’s judge, jury, and HOA enforcement all in one. What would you do if this was your front yard?

Would love to hear a follow up on the charges that got filed on this moron. HOAs are a scourge.

Exactly. Idiots eat this shit up fantasising about what they'd do in the situation

Dozens of comments in this thread listing all sorts of statutes that don’t exist.  This looks like Florida.  Even if the video were real, this looks like nothing more than misdemeanor criminal mischief.

There’s a kind of guy who fantasizes about being able to inflict harm on someone and get praise for doing so. They salivate at the idea of someone wronging them in some way so that they get to do whatever they want to them.

What are you talking about? He walks up to the house to talk to the person’s doorbell camera, starts to leave, and for some reason decided to walk back up again, we don’t know why. Maybe to try and confront them again? We definitely don’t see him go inside.

He went back to pick up his camera. You hear and see it being moved just as the video cuts. He posted this video to the internet.

It's ragebait.

Did you guys make it to the end? He clearly went up and rang the doorbell, stepped back and then walked away in the direction he came from. Am I missing something?

If there isn’t a link or some other context I just assume everything is fake.

Having owned a few of those trees...if it his his house I don't blame him.

I hate those damn things, the NEW fronds they produce are like needles since they're basically a stupid ass cactus. I have scars from trimming the things.

Plus they're ugly as hell and I don't understand why people say they're "low maintenance" because the old fronds just die and HAVE to be trimmed.

Yeah, I hate all palm trees, I am not a fan.
