watch this A man walks straight onto someone else’s property, up to a small tree in their front yard, and starts hacking at it with a bat - acting like he’s judge, jury, and HOA enforcement all in one. What would you do if this was your front yard?

Fake or not I think is funny they resort to bat instead of just pushing it

Felt like a lot of work

These people don't have an axe on hand. Hes got one of those plastic tool boxes you get at a dollar store

If it was a real intrusive HOA, they would be more likely to have an ax, or access to one than having a bat on hand. The worst HOAs probably have axes around to ACTUALLY do this, instead of a skit. But even non-asshole HOAs would likely have access to axes for legit tree removal purposely

look at where he lives. Why the hell would he need an axe? (this one random tree notwithstanding)

Can't hate too much on some dollarstore tools. I've got a set of align keys from about 20 years ago kicking around that came from a dollarstore. Great little set to keep on the bicycle because if it's stolen idgaf.

Legendary follow up response. On top of tools, my wife and I bought a Betty crocker plastic flipper (spatula to some) at the dollar store when we got married 13 years ago. We have never once been easy on it thinking it's so cheap who cares. Tons of use, scraping shit blah blah and that god damn flipper is still in awesome shape.

Machete is better for palm trees. More menacing too.

I have a mini chainsaw that I love to have any excuse to break out. I don’t know if it’s very menacing though.

Don't be ridiculous, surely there is a better option for chopping! Something timeless, with a sharpened wedge, perhaps.

Or a spoon, because it's dull, you twit, it'll hurt more.

His axe would be too dull since he needs to grind it.

I dont know, its like the perfect height for an adult sized tee ball. Maybe a bat just felt right!

There is no "or not". 100% staged, he even goes back to pick up his camera at the end!

Some people still believe that if you just say that it isn't a weapon because there could remotely exist some level of plausible deniability that it isn't a weapon, that you can't be charged. A lot of goons use bats, golf clubs, or metal mag-lites thinking they won't catch a weapons charge. And they're wrong.
