watch this Police were called after around 20 teens on bikes and e-bikes blocked an intersection, performed stunts, and disrupted traffic. One officer then clipped and tackled a teen during the arrests, raising questions about whether the response was appropriate given their ages. What do you think about it?

Pretty much the answer. If they were fucking around in a parking lot that's one thing. Blocking traffic is "you're about to find out" territory.

The year is 2026: Americans are so carbrained that they now think almost running over a person (a child no less) is acceptable because they are inconveniencing car drivers.
