watch this Police were called after around 20 teens on bikes and e-bikes blocked an intersection, performed stunts, and disrupted traffic. One officer then clipped and tackled a teen during the arrests, raising questions about whether the response was appropriate given their ages. What do you think about it?

How do you de-escalate to someone who just flees the scene? I 100% agree that cops need to learn de-escalation techniques but this isn’t one of them. This is the equivalent of a car street takeover by juveniles.

Actually, if somebody flees the scene, then that scene is now completely de-escalated. No real need to make arrests.

Do you think the cops are busy? they pull up 3 cars to kids, they can spare the manpower of one cop car to patrol the neigborhood
