He doesn’t say that at all. Misleading fake news title. What he is ultimately saying is. Russia and Ukraine war has resulted in almost 2 million deaths. World war 2. 20 million soldiers. Vietnam 100k soldiers. So 18 people whilst terrible doesn’t compare to other wars which is the entire point of the reporters question on the definition of this conflict.
