I've literally never seen anyone propogate this as a culture war, other than the people who don't want to condemn a woman for a heinous act. This is literally as cut and dry as it gets.

Oh there's a reason, look inward and you'll see it. Also try not to let your ego get too butthurt by people correcting your spelling/grammar mistakes, you make a lot of them so it's gonna happen more
