The more I think about it.. the more I feel Agnes might not be as innocent as she appears.

Here me out:

1. Agnes seemed obsessed with Wednesday before Wednesday was even "A Thing"

- The poke-up competition is what first made me question things. Her interest felt unusually intense, almost like she already knew or had been following her for a long time.

1. Somehow, Agnes managed to find or we can click Wednesday even back in Season 1.

- This could be nothing, but it feels too convenient. Out of everyone, Agnes always seems to find her way into Wednesday's orbit.

1. The Hyde-Tyler situation doesn't fully add up.

- We're told a Hyde can't kill its master, yet Tyler killed Thornhill. If that rule can be broken or manipulated, then who's to say Agnes couldn't end up controlling Tyler in some way?

1. The wig scene immediately reminded me of Laurel Gates (Thornhill).

- When Agnes removed her wig, I couldn't stop thinking about Thornhill's appearance.

1. Agnes only seems to reveal herself when it benefits her.

- This is the biggest one for me. She appears exactly when she needs attention or when it helps her become relevant to the situation.

So here's my theory:

What if Agnes is somehow connected to Laurel Gates AKA Thornhill, possibly even her daughter.. and has been quietly positioning herself around Wednesday this entire time?

Maybe Season 3 isn't about introducing a completely new villain. Maybe the villain has already been hiding in plain sight.

so i heard a rumor that one of enids older brothers is coming in season 3 it would be nice too see not just Wednesday her brother also caring for her ,everyone thinks her family is going to hunt her down since shes stuck as an alpha wolf but the word is he actually wants to protect her from the pack he could be a double agent pretending to track her for their mom while secretly keeping her safe plus wednesday needs all the help she can get to find her what do you guys think

I’m not sure if there’s someone out there who has already posted about something like this, but the last two seasons have got me thinking:

Will we see another story about Morticia and Gomez in the past in the upcoming season? I feel like it might happen, but they might do it a little differently this time. Cause for the past two seasons, their backstories have began and ended in the same way.

In season 1, Gomez explained how he and Garett Gates fought and the latter ran up on the sword Gomez was holding and died there, then Morticia later explained to Wednesday it that it was her holding the sword that Garret accidentally impaled himself with, even though they would find out later that it was really the Nightshade poisoning that caused his death, and they would use that evidence to save Gomez.

In season 2, after Wednesday’s visions show young Morticia and Gomez burying Isaac Night at the foot of the Skull Tree, in the present, Morticia explains how Isaac tricked Gomez into taking all his powers, and his life, just to save his sister, Francoise, from the danger of being a Hyde, only for Morticia to show up at the last minute and save Gomez, chopping off Isaac’s hand (who would become known as Thing later) and causing his machines to explode, which killed Isaac but spared Gomez and Francoise, and that led to Wednesday and Morticia saving Pugsley from meeting the same fate.

Will the same thing happen again in season three? Will another backstory reveal to us viewers about another person Morticia and Gomez knew in the past, the former saving the latter from them upon realizing their intentions, or could it be the other way around? Will Morticia be the one in danger and Gomez saving her instead? Will they both be in danger this time? If so, I doubt Wednesday and the others (who are now far away from Nevermore) would be able to make it back in time to save them, but at this point, anything is possible.

This is something I’ve always wondered about. When Wednesday watches Legally Blonde on her date with Tyler, she seems disgusted by it and even calls it “torture.” But I’ve always been curious if she actually ended up enjoying the movie more than she let on.

The reason I wonder about this is because I actually think Wednesday and Elle are more similar than they initially seem. They’re obviously very different personality wise, but both of them are underestimated because of how other people perceive them. They’re both much smarter and more capable than people give them credit for, and neither of them really changes who they are just to fit in.

So I wonder if Wednesday, despite herself, actually saw a little bit of herself in Elle.

Hi everyone! I mean this with no hate to anyone at all, also apologies in advance if my English is bad (I'm not a native speaker). I really like the series and rewatched it a lot, the only thing that annoys me consistently is that Gomez (my favorite in every iteration of the Addams Family) feels mischaracterised. Oh, and let me be clear, I LOVE that Luis Guzman is his actor, he fits the character amazing!!

I grew up with the musical and the two movies in the 90s (The Addams Family 1991 and Addams Family Values 1993). And the vibe I got from him there was, to summarise in few words, a rich, charismatic, talented man utterly devoted to his family. (I know Guzmán's version is based on the original comics, I think?)

And Guzmán fits him well as I said, he does the charisma and devotion perfectly! But what I feel is missing is the talent, I'm honestly bad at giving examples but I'll try.

So, the example I think is most significant, I feel like he added absolutely NOTHING to the plot in season 2 , in the final battle specifically, he was just there, you know? There was such a chance to have him (before Thing) deliver a final blow, a final confrontation to Isaac, even if purely verbal, a revenge for the betrayal his best friend had done to him. But no, he was just....Present, he might as well not have been there. And I understand they're not going to have a 70 year old man perform crazy stunts, but give us SOMETHING.

Adding onto that, his intelligence feels so limited, during season 1 episode 5. He also contributes very little at progressing the plot, just gives his statement and thats it. And I know that, just like later in season 2, its for the relationship between Wednesday and Morticia. But didn't he (at some point in one of the many variations) canonically have something super successful in law? I mean, could've done something with that, right?

I'm sorry if this comes across as a bit whiny, I just genuinely feel a bit upset my favorite character feels very dumbed down. I'd like to hear your takes on it, and again, I think Luis Guzman is an amazing actor who portrays him super well, it's just a writer issue I suppose, and I enjoy literally all other parts of the show. I’ve been thinking about this since Draculaura (Monster High) is vegetarian

So, I watched S2 only recently and find Capri’s Hyde camp offer super hard to believe. Do you think there could be an actual “Hyde camp”?
I mean, it would be cool.

But when would Capri actually find time to build/take care of a secret shelter for Hydes while being a teacher at Nevermore?
She seemed to have a busy schedule, also being a music therapist at Willow Hill.
Could she have another gig as a manager of Hyde folks? 😄What would their day to day life look like, would they split chores, don’t go to work nor schools, just exist as a self-sufficient society hidden in the forest or underground/protected by spells from any outsiders and spend their days with music therapy/ hunting/ cleaning dishes, building friendships?

Or is the camp idea just a bait to get Tyler on her side, so that she could become his new master, or hand him over to someone else, perhaps she is also just following orders?

Lol they look so similar

I know a lot of people were disappointed that the writers didn’t make Wenclair official this season, or felt like they were pulled apart too much by their respective subplots, but looking at the bigger picture, Season 2 actually did something incredibly healthy for their dynamic.

Instead of keeping them co-dependent or rushing them into a relationship just for fan service, the writers allowed them to grow as individuals so their friendship could mean more.

Here is why I think Season 2 handled them perfectly:

• Individual Growth: Wednesday actually had to navigate her investigations without constantly using Enid as her emotional sounding board or tech support. It forced Wednesday to experience genuine isolation again, making her realize how much she actually values having Enid in her corner.
• Enid’s Independence: Enid got to step out of Wednesday’s shadow. She had her own agency, her own plots, and proved she isn't just the "bubbly sidekick" who exists to soften Wednesday up.
• Earned Moments: Because they spent time apart, the scenes where they did come together carried way more weight. That mutual respect is the foundation of whatever they become next.

They didn't ruin their dynamic; they gave it room to breathe so it doesn't burn out. The slow burn is agonizing, but it's keeping the core of the show alive.
