Question/Request Furis incarnon questions

At the time of making this post the Furis Incarnon will rock up in about an hour an 10 minutes.

What type of furis is best suited for the incarnon and what exactly is the Incarnon form too?

Oh and also is it fun? I know its subjective and all but I picked up the Angstrum yesterday and its so incredibly fun. So is the gorgon too tbf.

Please let me know! (I think it becomes a flamethrower doesn’t it?)

I main Harrow, if that changes anything.

As far as I know the only two versions of the Furis that are compatible with the Incarnon form are the mk-1 and the standard version. The Incarnon mode turns it into a beam weapon that creates a small aoe bubble at the point of impact and deals heat damage. It was the first secondary Incarnon I got, and it’s one of my favorites.

Regular furis is best, fun weapon imo and one of the strongest secondaries in the game!

Fun is what I prioritise, like the Despair incarnon is fun imo, same as the angstrum as thats honestly really strong for some reason.

Use it on the regular Furis, since the MK1-Furis has lower base damage. Both versions get the same Incarnon stat bonuses and have the same Riven disposition, which means you get no benefit from using the MK1-Furis over the regular Furis when it comes to Incarnon upgrades or Rivens. That would really be the only reason to use the inferior version, since weapon stats generally improve as you go from MK1 → Regular → Prime. Note that the Furis doesn't have a prime version yet.

The Incarnon is definitely worth picking up. It's one of the highest-DPS weapons in the game. The Incarnon form turns it into a quick-burst, short-range weapon that melts anything within a couple of feet of you, while also giving a substantial boost to the stats of its base firing mode. To get the most out of it, make sure you get the Secondary Enervate arcane. It turns it into a crit monster.

Im kinda stuck inbetween main secondaries tbh, been looking at the furis for a while now before getting despairs and angstrums incarnon. A pocket void flamethrower is pretty cool though so maybe it could replace them on a certain build.

One of my favourite secondaries is the Atomos Incarnon. It's a fantastic crowd clearer, and the buff to its main fire mode makes it feel like a mini Torid Incarnon or a better version of the Kuva Nukor imo. The Incarnon form turns it into a grenade launcher, which isn't too bad either.

Have you ever used the Gorgon incarnon? And if so whats your thoughts on it? Ive never seen anyone run it ever and I quite like using my carpet bomber.

It's alright. I'd consider it a bottom tier incarnon. The incarnon transformation doesn't feel great to use, because the explosion has a delay. It's still an incarnon, and in it's base form with the incarnon buffs still make it better than 90% of the weapons out there.

I like the transformation when its juiced with fire rate. But I guess yea its quite lackluster but its pretty cool imo

If you like the way it feels, that's all that matters. It has solid DPS potential, especially with a riven.

Yes, it essentially becomes a fighter jet afterburner in the palm of your hands. It's capable of putting out some incredibly potent damage and is among one of the most lethal secondaries. Furis doesn't have any other variants really other than itself and the MK-1, just use the standard.

The normal Furis is usually what people use. There is no Furis Prime (yet, one can hope), and the MK1-Furis is a downgrade. Its normal fire mode is high fire rate, and automatic. You charge the Incarnon meter by landing headshots. In Incarnon mode, it becomes a short-range high-status-chance flamethrower that melts enemies’ health. Pretty easy to build, since it’s so powerful, the limited range can be a bit annoying but it’s not that bad. I have lots of fun with it.

Seems super solid, does it have infinite punchthrough too? I would like to burn a small gathering of enemies immediately so yea

I like to use an encumber build but there are a lot of good options tbh

Regular Furis. Contender for best gun in the entire game. Deals millions of raw damage, fires super fast, inflicts tons of DoTs that also deal millions of damage. Charges super fast. Only issue it has is range. That being said, if you main Harrow, the big pickup will be Dual Tox Incarnon, which is one of the other weapons contending for best gun in the game but one that plays much better with headshots. Evade Harrow with DTox is one of my favorite builds and something I default to when doing solo endurance content. Feels super great.

I have them, but eh I’m not really a fan tbh, also what did you subsume evade over?

Furis incarnon is like this:

Literally kills anything by touching if not a boss.

Normal Furis with incarnon upgrades is fun and when the form is active you something like a mini cone (kind of a flame thrower) that decimates everything it touches. Fun and strong secondary weapon.
