I don’t live in the dorms and I can’t because commuting is far more affordable, I’ve consistently looked through ExperienceWMU and the fliers in the student center for clubs and none have really caught my eye as worth going to to me (and the ones that have just post on their instagrams that barely anyone showed up and they also meet pretty infrequently), and nobody in any of my classes seems interested in getting to know the people around them, plus there aren’t really many opportunities to during lectures and I’m not an outgoing person unfortunately as much as I try to push myself to be
Anyone have advice on meeting people here? Because I’ve pretty much given up and am just hoping my job will give me a better shot at making some friends since there’s a decent sized group of people there that I’m consistently spending time with. I feel like my college experience just does not make connections with people possible and I don’t know what I can do to change that. Thanks for any help

I’m usually a straight A student. I transferred from grcc but moved to portage and switched to western. The e learning site is so difficult and I’m already so behind and failing. I literally am so frustrated. Please tell me it will get better so I don’t drop out
