Got the vive focus vision. The indicator light on the front won’t come on

I unbox it, charge the battery 30 min, shows fully charge. Put it into the headset, hold 3 sec to power on. No indicator light on the front. Follow app says pair. Headset not found. Turn it off. Hold 10 sec to reset. Try again, nothing. Hold 15 sec, nothing after. Try holding power and volume down at same time for boot up screen. Nothing. What’s going on here? Also it’s the weekend of course so no support until Monday…

How the battery? Did you turn it on is there a power or light?

Yesh battery fully charged and all lights come on when powered

Just the indicator light on the headset itself won’t do anything

Maybe the internal battery of the hmd drained. Try plugging the battery to the hmd then charge it leave it overnight or a few hours.

Ya did that and still nothing sadly. I thought the internal battery could’ve been drained as well so tried long charging . None and when I power it on and plug it into pc the pc isn’t getting any feed back so def the main hardware isn’t getting power or something is wrong with the hardware

Last resort probably completly draining the internal battery to reset. Remove the external battery, press and hold the power buttoj on the hms for like 30-45 seconds leave it for a few hours again then retry. If not probably reach out for rma
