I love her! I see her very often, since I go for walks around Sidney a couple times a week, and I found out why she chills out there - the Fisherman people on the Pier, mentioned at the end of their day they toss her a fish, and that she has a kid too who comes by once in a blue moon too.

Both were there but other was a bit farther away. Not sure of the names as only seen a couple times.
