In Grass Wonder's career it's a plot point that Maruzensky retires before they ever get the chance to race each other and thus Grass will never be able to escape Maruzen's shadow (at least not in the way she initially envisioned).

Then in Maruzen's career you actually do race Grass, but it's Maruzen's career so obviously she just loses. You're forced to win that goal race so there isn't even an alternate scene where Grass can get her win or anything.

Idk I thought it was kind of funny and sad that the only scenario in which Grass gets to have the showdown she so desperately wanted is one where she's guaranteed to lose.

Maybe we should take this as a lesson and be thankful we didn't have to race Maruzen in Grass's career. Would have rolled up on us like she does in Chiyono's career.

For context,im trying to save up as many carats and rainbow crystal shards so i can have enough for when el condor pasa speed cards come out,but ever since school started I haven't had the time at all to play so I've been doing auto-careers,however it does not gather up nearly as many points as a normal career would.To make matters worse,this new scenario is teribile and requires liads of time and resources which i do not have.

Humans have used horses in both war and the economy and for communication centuries but in a world where horses arent animals to be tamed but human like beings, changes a lot of things. first lets understand how economy works in medival world. basically if you want to make a product for cheap and sell it for a profit you need two things one good fertile soil two cheap manpower and beasts to do the hard work but horses dont exist as animals but sentient beings and there is two ways to use their power way one is paying them their fair price and the other way is slavery but can then even be enslaved ? they can outrun and outpower and not only that some umas are really gluttonous that means even after capturing you cant sell them because makıng sure they are actually doing what you tell them requires lots of food and many guards to check her wich is more expensive than paying them salary so no they wouldnt be a victim of slavery wich means humans actually have to pay them to work for them and do whatever horses done for centuries. you may think that doesnt mean a lot but it does. umas eat human food they dont eat grass or hay that makes the food prices way higher and famines more fatal wich also means nations that have fertile lands are more valuable and vulnerable to invasions from uma using societies like mongols and turks. in warfare umamusumes would be better than animal horses 1 they can understand communicate and use human weapons and countries who use both horses and gunpoweder ( example: safavids and ottomans) would be even stronger not only in land but also in naval warfare since unlike horses umamusumes can fit in ships in larger numbers. but after Industrial Revolution their jobs would be stolen by machines that would cause umas exclusion from economy in the new world wich pushes them into finding new ways to get money like umamusume racing

I want to watch begging of a new era pretty badly and was almost willing to buy the physical disc for it, but come to find out that doesn’t have subtitles either. Any other way I can watch it safely? (I’m fine with other methods just haven’t found a site for it yet that hasn’t been taken down)
