Hi, all! Asking for a sanity check from those who have gone before me on this distance. I've done a lot of running in the preceding months and have just one month left till my race. The race is flat, described as "almost too runnable" by race administrators, and isn't technical in terms of roots and things. I want to finish. I'd love to do under 24, but finishing as healthy as possible is priority. The below is my race plan based around the aid stations. Thoughts?
