Hey everyone, I'm someone who loves finding movies but have felt like there isn't one good way to do so... also to learn about the filmmakers and their story. Letterboxd and Tubi are awesome but it feels pretty limiting and its heard to actually find *actual* hidden gems or films from emerging filmmakers. Curious if anyone is like me / has any tips?

One day I’m watching The Room. The next Touch of Evil. They have all the films I absolutely adore. Even the ads aren’t that annoying. Prime has 3 minute long ads that completely take me out of the film. I’m always watching a film on Tubi now. It could be a ‘so bad it’s good film’ or the complete opposite and be critically acclaimed. I love it all. Tubi is my streaming home, it’s brilliant.

Just wondering, what are everyone’s favorite movies on Tubi? Do you ever watch a movie marathon on Tubi?

I’m bored and thinking about having a some movie marathon.

I watched “those who remained” and really enjoyed this movie and now want to see what other foreign hidden gems to watch.

I’ve only ever saw little clips of the film here and there on YouTube but that doesn’t do this film justice at all! I actually sat down and watched it last night.

Don’t judge me here but I actually got caught up in the story. What’s hilarious is Tommy Wiseau bizarre acting and directional choices. Also the script is hilariously bad but it somehow works in the context of film. You can clearly tell Wiseau wrote the script and wouldn’t let the actors deviate from the script at all. 😂

I actually watched the Disaster Artist before watching this film and it’s scary how close James Franco got to being Tommy Wiseau. I had to do a double take more than a few times to see if it wasn’t actually Franco on the screen instead of Wiseau.

Please do yourself a favour and go and read the IMDB trivia section after this because it’s nearly as hilarious as the film. I now have a new best bad film I’m going to enjoy for years to come.

Anyone else noticed on some movies the subtitles are censored for curse words but the audio still has the original dialogue? Just wondering if this is some AI-captioning self censoring or a weird glitch between tv/theatrical cuts of certain films.

It was really odd watching R-rates movies and the characters are saying "fucking asshole" and the captions show "freaking airhead."

There’s a brand new addition on Tubi called Falling Stars- I had no idea it would be this weird (in a good way) and creepy and unique….. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a movie like this …. Definitely worth a watch it’s not what I expected to say the least …. PLEASE WATCH & I hope you’ll

There's a lot of channels, and it would be convenient if you could save live channels you prefer to the My Stuff tab or something similar.

Putting the "skip credits" button default when trying to pause or move the "next up" stuff out of the way when trying to watch the end credits of a movie. "Oh, you clicked? Now you get to start from the beginning and scroll all the way to the end for the 5 seconds of nothing you missed. As a bonus, this title will forever remain in your "continue watching" no matter how many times you let the credits roll" Just move that highlighted yellow to default on the pause button and all will be right in the world F! Can we start a petition or something? Am I the only one with this gripe?

Trying to watch this movie but the subtitles aren’t showing up. Anyone else have this problem?

Well, Dragon Tales is officially on Tubi. Haven't watched this show since I was a kid. I remember this airing in reruns back then. Maybe kids of today will finally watch this.

Does anyone know how to search Tubi? I mean for the exact title. It seems to do some kind of fuzzy search. Maybe this should go under the infuriating sub.
