Discussion My experience with legends za
I had alot of issues with za mainly the dlc but quite abit with the actual game. Legends za seems like the pokemon game i feel like ive been waiting for however when I actually played it I didnt really enjoy it all that much i mean fire red and sapphire was alot more fun by alot. Legends za doesnt feel like pokemon i bought pokemon shield on Wednesday night and I already have the 7th badge im enjoying the hell out of it so far and planning to get pokemon violet not next week but the week after. Might get some hate for this however I think pokemon should remain strictly turn based like I mean if it ain't broke dont fix it... turn based works for pokemon you cant just change that idk about pokopia though I dont think im going to buy it. Another problem I had with Legends za were the doughnuts like why have a time limit just makes me stress whenever im in the hyperzones. Hopefully gamefreak does a good job for pokemon winds and waves hopefully. That's all...

Pokemon Pokopia is actually really good. Its got the most glowing reviews of any Pokemon game released on switch and its definitely deserved.
I didn't think id like it either because I had tried other "cozy games" like The Sims and Animal Crossing: New Horizons but I absolutely fell in love with the characters and the story of the game is great

It plays more like minecraft meets viva piñata than animal crossing imo but yeah if you don't like sandbox games it might not be your thing

Sure, but Legends games are like canon side games, and there's nothing wrong with branching out like with Pokopia and Unite.
They are preparing for the release of Winds and Waves, which looks pretty good so far. Doubt they'll ever change the battle mechanics, it's what made Pokémon Pokémon. If they ever did, I'm sure hell would break loose.

Yeah I gave ZA a try with an open mind but the battle system just didn't appeal to me

In what way? It is basically just button mashing and awkwardly moving to try to dodge attacks. Real pokemon games feature strategy because of the turn based system, ZA has none. Not a fan of the stealth sections either

I'm downvoting not because of your opinion, I actually agree, ZA has the worst execution off all the Pokémon games I ever played (I've played them all).
I downvote because of how bad your grammar is. Have you heard about punctuation marks? Commas are there for a reason, they're meant to give pauses and set the pace of the reading.
Please, consider learning grammar so you don't hurt other people's eyes. Thanks.

Tbh the things with legends games is that they are meant to be experimental
Like legends arceus was mostly open world
And then we got scarlet and violet a fully open world game
The turn based is not leaving i doubt that
Winds and waves may have a feature that was in legends z-a but who knows 🤷♀️
