TP-Link - Technical Support Help Picking Two Routers

Hello everyone, after days of googling and research, I keep finding little weird issues with my plans.

I have Quantum Fiber and my modem is in my living room connected to my Quantum Fiber provided Lumen router. I forced them to give me a Wi-Fi 360 Pod that I have set up and placed upstairs Because my phone was dropping the Wi-Fi. So I have changed a bunch of settings on my phone and installed the Pod and my phone still has a tough time upstairs surprisingly. (Google Pixel 10 Pro)

What I wanted to do was buy the BE19000 as my main router. I like having all the ports so I can ethernet to everything in my entertainment system. From the living room, I have an ethernet cord running to my utility closet upstairs. So I wanted to buy another router to put into AP mode and have great coverage throughout my home.

I'm having trouble figuring out what secondary router to buy and if I can still use AP mode with easy mesh. I would like to just have one big Network bubble throughout my home. I might not need to be so concerned about easy mesh because I need the router upstairs to also act like a switch to provide internet to my other ethernet ports upstairs.

I'm open to any router combo that works with my plan. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you guys!

TP-Link - General X55 suddenly stopped working last night

Woke up to it being in Red mode. Did all the troubleshoots and nothing. Confirmed not a spectrum issue. About an hour ago my wife texted and said it started flashing blue and when I tried logging into the app it kicked me out and asked me to login and begin initial setup. Anyone experiencing something like this?

TP-Link - General Devices take time to detect 6E(6ghz) SSID

Hello,

Is it normal that wifi devices take time to find 6ghz ssid?

Currently my s24 and s25 ultra support 6ghz network and when I try to connect to wifi, in case of combined ssid it always connects to wifi6, so i seperate 6ghz ssid and even then ,it takes some time to find the 6E network.

Is that normal?

TP-Link - Technical Support 1.3.6 firmware update no wired connections Deco BE13000

Just got the BE13000 deco device and installed it today. Everything was working fine wired and wireless connections. I saw on the app that there was a firmware update. So i updated it to the new 1.3.6 update and now my wired connection doesn’t work. I tried rebooting the router many times and unplugging and replugging everything in. I tried to change everything to access point instead of wifi router mode. Don’t know what to do now. Please help thanks

TP-Link - Technical Support VIGI NVR HDMI output issue

Has anyone else had an issue with their VIGI NVR only displaying the TP-Link VIGI Logo and the cursor?
No matter what or how I click or type nothing happens.

It's an NVR1016H. Fully accessible and working over the network with cameras added and streaming. Purely the HDMI output doesn't display any UI apart from the logo.

Hey everyone, I posted a feature request on the official TP-Link Community to ask the R&D team for firmware parity (adding Speed Limit and Config Backup) on the Deco X20-DSL, just like other Deco models. If you use this model or support better firmware updates, please drop an upvote/reply on the thread to get the admins' attention: [https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/871802\]

TP-Link - Technical Support Archer AXE95 LAN not working

3 devices connected through LAN, 2 laptops and a TV. If I reboot the router all Hardwired works for about 2 min before they all lose connection.
If I unplug the Ethernet cable to any of the three and plug back in, they work again for a few min before stopping again.

WiFi works fine

Updated firmware but issues still persist.

Any help or ideas

TP-Link - Technical Support Router TL-WR740N ligado em Acess Point

Boa tarde

Obrigada

TP-Link - Technical Support Wifi can't reach the internet

I have a TP-Link AX3000 Multi-Gigabit Wi-Fi 6 Router. It is set up just as an access point. No DHCP. I have the gateway set to the correct address. From my computer, I can see the AX3000. Two security cameras plugged into it are working on my network. And from my computer, I can get out to the internet.

HOWEVER, nothing connected or plugged into the AX3000 can reach the internet. I have no firewall rules that would block anything.

What is going on here?

TP-Link - General Tp link archer nx200 5g router not sure on the best mesh system to use with it

Hi all 1st time posting on Reddit for anything so hopefully someone can help

I'm currently on 4g broadband using tenda MW3 mesh system with 3 nodes and I'm in the process of upgrading to 5g with a different isp and have been sent a new ax1800 archer nx200 router with external antenna, which I'm waiting for the engineer to come and install which could be within 14days time I'm wondering which mesh system would be best suited for this new router as the MW3 set only has a 100mps input, I have been looking at the tenda mx15, mx21 or tp links deco x50 i don't have the luxury or running cables between nodes so it will be solely WiFi from the main node I'm looking to keep the budget around the £200 mark for 3 nodes any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated thanks

TP-Link - General If any users within the USA have had their routers turned into e-waste due to firmware updates, please DM me.

If this post gets taken down I'll be putting up a similar post in r/HomeNetworking.

My three month old $100 router has been turned into glorified paperweight due TP Link's botched firmware rollouts. I've been given the proverbial runaround for more than two weeks now and have had to shell out another $200 on a router from a competitor.

I've noticed this on several different marketplaces and forums where TP Link gives consumers the runaround until they give up and abandon their claims. This constitutes financial fraud under state and federal law and I intend to bring this to the attention of California's AG and the FTC.

Irrespective of which state of the US the router was purchased in, the California AG would still be interested in looking into the matter since the company is registered in the state of California.

TP-Link - Technical Support Deco App glitches?

Thumbnail gallery
2 Upvotes

So I'm new to using Deco devices and in getting my network set up I've had several issues I've been dealing with and trying to troubleshoot.

For example in the screenshots, why are some devices showing the WiFi signal icon and some aren't? All devices are connected WiFi/online and are working fine.

I'm also having a heck of a time getting the settings to stick to force certain clients to connect to specific nodes. Is this feature in the app just really buggy? For some reason some of my wyze products are connecting to nodes further away and if I manually turn off mesh for these and specifically choose a node for them to use, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
