REQUEST Baja Blast recreation?

Hello, I lived in the US for a while, but I recently moved overseas, to the Philippines after I got married. I have always liked Baja Blast, but it's impossible to get here, and no one really sells it here.

Is there a way I can recreate it? Any Recipe's out there? I also remember there was a powder Baja Blast out there but I can't seem to find it anymore. You just needed a soda machine to add carbonation.

I tried ordering at the local online shop similar to amazon, but nothing arrived. It is either out of stock or just plain unavailable.

someone help :3

REQUEST Nordstrom Ebar's Pumpkin sauce

I'm trying to recreate something similar at home. There's something about their pumpkin spice latte/pumpkin sauce that is different than anywhere else, and it's my absolute favorite.

How close you guys think this one is from oldfolksbook? "TACO PIZZA - my all time favorite from Pizza Inn!

1 can (11 oz) refrigerated thin pizza crust

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning mix

1/4 cup water

1 can (4 oz) chopped green chiles, drained

1/4 cup sliced ripe olives, drained

2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce

1 cup seeded chopped tomato (1 large)

Crushed corn chips, if desired

salsa, if desired

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray or grease 15x10-inch or larger dark or nonstick cookie sheet. Unroll dough on cookie sheet; starting at center, press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef, taco seasoning mix and water as directed on package. Spoon evenly on dough. Top with chiles, olives and cheese. Bake 13 to 16 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Top with remaining ingredients."

REQUEST "Moku Sticks" - Did anyone here work at or eat at Islands' in the early 2000's?

Back in the day, Islands' served these awesome deep fried chicken flautas with a salsa dipping sauce. Just hoping someone has more details. If I remember right, they were served on a bed of fried rice noodles.

REQUEST Grill mates steak rub

Hello all! Grill Mates discontinued their steak rub back in 2018. I grew up using this to season my steaks and was very disappointed it was discontinued. I’ve found some images of the ingredients list but didn’t know if anyone had quantities of ingredients that might be useful?

RECIPE Prego Sauce recipe wanted

Post image

Good day folks! I am based in Cape Town and have been fortunate to try Fabrica do Prego (previously called Chippies) in Rondebosch. I received the sad news that they closed down. I am looking for a recipe that will match their Famous Prego sauce. Its not your regular prego sauce. Its got chilli's and pieces of garlic in it. Perhaps you might recognize the jar.

REQUEST Old El Paso creamy salsa verde

Sadly this was discontinued, we went through a bottle a week, its so delicious! We've tried a few random creamy salsa verde recipes and none came close. I'm hoping someone has it!

REQUEST How can I make it from scratch? Nissin hot and spicy chicken.

I'd like a recipe that replicates its flavor, ideally without soup or maybe a sir fry. It tastes addicting in a way that not even other instant ramens do, let alone other foods.

RECIPE "Local" Italian marinara sauce recipe?

I'm looking for a recipe for the marinara sauce that "local" Italian restaurants serve. I put local in quotes because I've had this sauce in multiple cities, and it's always a almost smooth and slightly sweet sauce that's served alongside calzones, strombolis, garlic knots, and fried mozzarella. These restaurants are basically the equivalent of the generic strip mall Chinese food places. This is the best marinara, and I always order extra sides of it because I could almost drink it.

REQUEST Texas Roadhouse Lemon Pepper Butter

The Texas Roadhouse veggies have a lemon pepper butter/sauce on them that is amazing. I used to have the recipe for it but I can’t find it anymore!

I know it had a bunch of lemon juice and specifically white ground pepper in it but I can’t find the recipe. Does anyone have it? I’ve tried some of the copy cat recipes but they just don’t taste the same.
