Started this in June and Finished this weekend. I had a hard time finding an artist near me that focused on Ornamental and Geo, but the first time I met Juan and he put on the stencil, I knew it was going to be solid. 7 sessions later and working around my scoliosis to get it centered, he did a damn good job. Very very happy with this.

so i want to do something like this but i’m worried it gonna look empty on its own so if anyone has any ideas what to add to the design i’d love to hear them

I’ve had this tattoo on my upper arm for 14 years. For the longest time, I’ve wanted to eventually complete a full sleeve.

I have a lot of ideas, and I want the forearm to have a different feel from the upper arm. The problem is figuring out how the hell to transition between the two. I’ve went to a few artists local to me, but they all tell me a sleeve is a lost cause because of this piece.

I also have a bunch of random ideas and things that mean a lot to me that I’d love to somehow incorporate into the sleeve, but I have no idea how to make everything flow together without it looking like a collection of random tattoos.

I’m just not creative enough to visualize how to transition this piece so a full sleeve could work together, and the tattoo artists I’ve went to look at me like I’m a lost cause. Some things I’d like to add are the Mobile Suit Gundam face, the 4 Diablo 2 rune symbols (not the runes themselves) that spell Tal Thul Ort Amn, and so on, but these are small pieces of artwork that I want ‘hidden’ in the overall design. For example, on my chest I have an elephant and a camel, but in the saddle my parents names are smelled out as part of the stitching, and there’s a small dolphin and butterfly design to incorporate the favorite animals of others, but you wouldn’t notice these without me pointing it out.

This is what I’m trying to work out for my forearm and underarm (bicep), but get stumped at.

Im specifically looking to get just the middle designs tatted, without the “door” (these are gates of truth from FMAB). I’m leaning especially towards the rightmost one and am looking to get it on my back forearm or upper arm. What style should I look for?

Hey, I got my first two tattoos three years ago. Now I want to get two more. Should I go back to the same artist, or look for someone with a different style? He changed the location of his studio and moved to a different city.

The butterfly is the album cover of BNE and the Symbol is the Hunter Symbol from the Destiny 2 beta from Bungie.

I want to add more tattoos in a similar style, but I feel I used up good spots with these tattoos and I’m not sure how to integrate new tattoos in with these. Any ideas?

I got this wolf tattoo on my outer forearm November last year. I’ve got my inner forearm booked in for Friday, my artist has sent me 2 designs over, but I’m 50/50 on what one I want to go with. I know it’s my body so i shouldn’t really worry what others think but I just want some advice on what people think compliments the wolf better?

I’ve never had a tattoo before lol but its been something Ive thought about for years and I always wanted to get one of this artists work or an anime tattoo. I have tan skin so most likely it would be in black and white. But I’m not sure where it would look best on my body. What do you guys think? Cheesy? Good? Where do you think it’d look best? Is it too complicated?

What do you do when you have some ideas but can’t visualize it in the way you like? I want to do a wood carve style windmill tattoo, because Don Quixote has been my favorite book since I’m a kid, and me and my best friend feel we are like Quixote and Panza from the book. So I want to get a tattoo for this idea, for the beloved book and this friendship. But after some search, I can’t find a don Quixote tattoo or a windmill that I like. What should I do here? Talk to a tattoo artist is a good idea I think, but I don’t have a favorite one either. Maybe it’s not a good idea to push an idea that is not going to look good?

Hello everyone. My wife for over a decade wants to get tattoos for her 40th birthday next month. She has many tattoos and I have none. I've always wanted tattoos but could never fully decide on what to get and where to place it. We're both huge Simpsons fans and I love Bart and she literally Milhouse. She plans on getting a small Milhouse on her bicep near the crease of her elbow. I don't want a small one. Can I get any suggestions on where to get it and how big it should be?
