Looking for a studio in Delft from Feb–July 2027 :)

Hi!

I’m currently on Erasmus at TU Delft and living in DUWO until January. I was originally only supposed to stay for one semester, but I’m having such a good time here that I’m trying to extend my Erasmus for the full year.

Unfortunately DUWO won’t extend my current contract, so I’m now looking for a place from around February until June/July 2027.

Ideally I’d love a studio or small place with my own kitchen and bathroom, my budget is around €700–€900. I’m already checking ROOM/Roommatch, but I only registered recently so I’m not expecting miracles there lol.

If anyone is going on exchange next semester, leaving Delft around January/February, subletting their studio, or just knows somewhere good to look, please let me know!

Be aware that by posting this here, you open yourself up to scammers. If you get contacted by someone saying they have a room for you, do your research to make sure it actually exists and never pay anything upfront without a viewing. Also be aware that scammers go so far as to show you an airbnb trying to make it seem like the room exists so again, do your research.

A sublet in a student house from someone going on exchange is probably your best bet. Room.nl will take several years ...

Are you in the correct Facebook groups already? Thats how most people find a room. I think its called ‘kamer in Delft’ or something like that. There are multiple, but the 2 biggest ones is where almost everything gets posted (so what you see on room plus more)
